Queensland Tongue Tie Clinic are the ONLY clinic in Queensland to offer a hassle free, stress free payment plan.

If you are considering a Payment Plan please complete the online application form and we will process your plan.

Applications must be received a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment & will not be available at the appointment.

FAQ's

When considering a payment plan option it is important to consider manageability of payments. You should be aware that the GentiCare Payment Plan is a consumer credit, so you will incur fees, interest and account keeping fees. If you need to discuss this further please do so before completing your application form

  • Be over 18, years of age.
  • You are an Australian citizen.
  • You are employed / self employed.
  • You are not subject to any debt or bankruptcy agreements

6 weekly payments or

3 fortnightly payments.

At the appointment you will pay the first payment.

An establishment fee of $100 is payable.

There are no other fees or interest charged.

The paperwork will be emailed to you.
